2.3 Objects

  • AKA variable
    • Value: A value such as "20", "abcdef", or 55.
    • Type: The type of the object, such as integer or string.
      • print(type('abc')) tells you that this is a string
    • Identity: A unique identifier that describes the object.
      • print(id('abc')) will most likely tell you where 'abc' is stored in the memory
  • del variable_name deletes the object from interpreter
